• Large orders may have to ship via freight carrier.
• Just about all U.S. addresses will take delivery in 3 to 5 business days.

Most of our items ship from our manufacturing location in Alberta, Canada, just north of Montana. We ship UPS Ground due to the size and weight of the items. Larger items (large pergolas, etc.) need to be shipped via freight carrier. The map below can be used for a guideline. Typically, if an order is placed during standard business hours Eastern time, the items leave the warehouse next day.
